Each year, WFGRS relies on faculty volunteers to help make the event a success. Volunteers donate their time on the day of the symposium to watch and provide feedback on student oral and poster presentations using a prepared form that you will complete before returning it at the end of your shift. These forms provide the students with important feedback on their presentations, but also help us to select and consequently award our top presenters each year. Most volunteers sign up for an hour or two, though we encourage you to stay and participate as long as you are able! If you are interested in volunteering, please contact symposium organizers.
